General Terms and Conditions

The site «evo.gr» / «evo-medical.gr» is the online store marketing by the company with the name "E.V.O. Enterprises SA, hereinafter "EVO", located in Athens, Fokeas Road 28, Attica, Greece, tel & fax 210-8842222 210-8842227.

1. Acceptance of terms

7. Orders

Order of any product from this site does not mean the establishment of any agreement between the user and EBO, unless the latter accepts the request via e-mail, which will confirm the availability, description and price of the product being ordered. Acceptance of the market will be considered complete upon confirmation of sending e-mail, regardless of whether or not to pick it yourself.

8. Prices - Costs Order

The full cost of the order determined by the net, which appear on each product to confirm acceptance of the order, the underlying tax and transport costs. The user will be invoiced for the total cost of order.

9. Payment method

The payment of the invoices can be made either by cash on delivery or cash.

10. Arrangements - Shipping Costs

The products will be shipped through a transportation company of EVO ‘s choice at the address stated by the buyer, except where there is a specific agreement with the user / client. Shipping cost is adjusted in line with the cost of products ordered. More specifically:

A. For orders less than 100€: Charge the customer 8€

B. For orders from 101€ to 300€: Charge the customer 5€

C. For orders over 300€: Toll-free customer.

11. Withdrawal

Returns accepted only upon approval of EVO and always with the prior, written agreement between the client and representatives of the EBO. In case of return, the user will pay the equivalent cost of transport.

12. Law and other conditions

12.1. All terms of this are essential. In the event any provision hereof or the application under any circumstances, be declared by a competent court or authority shall be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and that term as it applies in other cases remain in force in each case.

12.2. EVO has the right to amend, including these terms, prices and descriptions of products or to temporarily or permanently suspend all or part of this site without notice to users.
